  I recently contacted this shop when my Samsung phone stopped charging due to the charging pins being damaged. They advised me that this would be a costly repair but told me how I could overcome this (by buying a wireless charger) which was a significantly cheaper option than the cost of repair, and did not stand to benefit the company. It was so lovely to come across such honest and altruistically helpful staff and i will definitely come back to this company in the future.
