  A week from initial phone call to get the room measured. Actual measuring service was friendly and they seemed to know they're stuff. Waited a few days and heard nothing so I popped into the shop and was told there's usually a 5 day wait for a quote. That passed so I called (on Thurs) and they said they'd let me know by Tues. It is now Thursday and still haven't heard anything. I contacted the carpet specialists nearby, who came and measured that same day and gave me a quote the very next day. Brilliant service. Don't bother with All Floors in Witney. Terrible and slow service. Can't be bothered to chase up people who say they're going to get on with their jobs!!!
