Having been let down at the last minute i needed a single rose at the last minute. I called in to here on my way to a funeral hoping for some help. Not a huge purchase and only having a card on me they very kindly let me take the rose and pay another day. Customer service and kindness went beyond normal. Fully recommend classic flowers
